scene: At dusk, Mr. Rivo floats past the windows of a top floor building… clinging evermore to the signal balloon.
narrative: With evening coming on, Mr. Rivo was the closest to solid ground as he had been in hours.
Even if it was seven stories up... // He had to make a choice. Cut and jump now... or float out into the harbor and darkness of the night. //scene: As Mr. Rivo holds on to his balloon’s string a ship can be seen in the distant harbor. Nighttime looms near.
scene: Knife in hand, ledge within reach, the sky’s the limit.
scene: Mr. Rivo balances between life and death on the edge of the ledge atop the building. String cut. The balloon floats away.
scene: Rivo sits high above the harbor, yet he appears safe for now.
narrative: After regaining his composure, Mr. Rivo put away his knife and rope (string). Then his thoughts went to tomorrow and being spotted out on the ledge... // When from around the corner he heard a buzzing sound... the “Z” buzz of Mosquitoes!!
narrative: Darting and scooting beneath an open window...he was safe.
narrative: Mosquitoes-- Seven floors up and Mosquitoes! But, they failed to notice him. He appears
to be safe for now... // scene: As Mr. Rivo hides behind the window casing, two mosquitoes make their rounds past the window… // narrative: Continued…
