narrative (commentary): 1) The Opti-Con [Optical-Contraption]
Is the viewing device used by the Moongeeks to observe the Alien Fliers, and Earthlings.

5) The Opti-Con operator’s station. This Moongeek personnel is responsible for operating the Optics and the mobility of the apparatus. He is the official peeper. Working from data and coordinates provided to him from the calculator, located in [6], the calculator’s shack. AKA; The Box.
6) The Calculator’s Shack. It is here where mathematical calculations are worked out. Some would call it engineering, others would call it hunt and peck numbers crunching. The optics operators usually just call it... // ...Junk.
narrative (commentary): The exact number of Opti-Cons on the moon is unknown.
What we do know is that for every black bird that was placed in the PIE (Planetary Invader/Explorer), there is one Opti-Con team. In this writing since I am focusing on Rivo’s bird, it only makes sense that I also focus on its Opti-Con counter part -- So with that said, let us look at the Opti Con and its Operations Crew.
