narrative (commentary): Dear Reader,
I write to you, this night from my cabin (studio)... And again he stopped by. narrative (commentary): On a napkin, in my kitchen, he drew a picture. A sketch if you will, of the device that the Moongeeks use to keep their eyes peeping and peering at the inhabitants of the Earth. // He poured himself another drink-- and then proceeded to spill his guts about the strange creatures in far off places. And the dark side of the moon.// scene: A drink sits straddling panels 2 & 3

narrative (commentary): The Opti-Con // The Optical-Contraption // The official device of the Moongeeks~ // [NIGHT VISION GOGGLES] [ON]

narrative (commentary): 1) The Opti-Con [Optical-Contraption]
Is the viewing device used by the Moongeeks to observe the Alien Fliers, and Earthlings.
2) The Opti-Con moves along magnetic tracks that are located just beneith the Lunar surface.
3) The main platform is a magnetic housing that holds the magnet, that has the same polar charge as the magnetic tracks. This allows the Opti-Con to float ... // ...above the moon dust. Leaving no tracks. Manually operated by a hand crank [3A]. The apparatus is pulled along by the ferrous plates that are attached to a conveyor belt that is located along the center axis of the machine’s main platform [3B].
