scene: A cabin sits upon a ridgeline, the full moon is rising. // narrative (commentary): Dear reader, I write to you this night, to share with you some information, that up until now very few have been privy to. scene: Farmhouse sits in a valley as the full moon rises. // narrative (commentary): In a museum, there sits a shrine. Paying homage to the inhabitants of that distant blue planet, we call Earth...
scene: On the Back Side of the Moon. Pre-Night vision, two Moongeeks are on an Opti-Con. //
narrative (commentary): For you see, all the residents of the moon, remember the day, when the inhabitants of the Earth visited, so many years ago. // narrative (commentary): And that gallant effort that man made, trying to push to into the far off reaches of space…
narrative (commentary): And though the all Moongeeks were in hiding, they remember that day. The day the spaceship landed. And when the earthling stepped upon the lunar surface. And he set the satellite upon the launch pad. And with his booster stick, the earthling swung. Hitting the little satellite. But no matter how hard he tried, no matter how hard he swung, the earthling could not get the satellite to leave the moon’s atmosphere. Dejected, the earthling got back into his spaceship and returned to earth. The earthlings had tried, but they could not get beyond the moon. So much respect is paid for such a gallant effort by the Moongeeks, the inhabitants of the dark side of moon.
