narrative (commentary): The hydraulic pumps pumped a rhythmic beat, and the wings kept time... bump-bump, bump-bump, bump-bump...
scene: Cutaway view of the cockpit of Rivo's bird, exposing the copilot Verter, the pilot, Captain Nee, and peeking through the flight deck door is Mr. Rivo. // caption: [Rivo] Hey, Cap'. It says here in this navigation manual that these birds cruise at 30 miles an hour, with a top speed of 60.
captions: [Rivo] "Now if we're doing surveillance, and the bloody humans are on foot, I can see how we can keep up. No problem... " // But if they board a plane, we don't stand a chance in a hail storm in keeping up. Did Intel think of that? Huh?-Huh? // [Captain Nee] Go ahead Verter, enlighten the boy. // scene: Cutaway view of the flight deck, with an aerial view above a neighborhood.

[Verter] narrative (commentary): A "Caw"-- a simple caw from a crow travels at the speed of sound... 741 miles per hour at sea level. Who can't we keep up with?!! Did you think of that Mr. Rivo? // scene: A crow in a tree is communicating with a crow in flight. // caption: [Crow in tree] "Caw! Pass it on!" // [Crow in flight] "Caw! Pass it on!"
captions: [Mr. Rivo] "Wow...Okay. I get it." ~After a long pause~ "How much further? When do we get there?" //
[Captain Nee] "In just another couple minutes Mr. Rivo. In just a couple minutes...once we fly past those ships in the harbor..."

narrative (commentary): A flock of crows set down on a lawn in Stanley Park, Vancouver, Canada-- the Alien Fliers had made it to rendezvous. The event went relatively unnoticed.
