caption: [Captain Nee] It is smaller, more compact,
for precision drops, and markings. You will be
expected to learn to hit
your targets... with
one shot. One drop.“

caption: [Rivo] “What are our targets Cap’?” // caption: [Captain Nee] “Peoples. Or I should say, the people’s Cars... We mark ‘em. So we can follow them... The people. ”

caption: [Captain Nee] “We are here to find the talent pool. And where is the talent? It’s in the cars, going to practice, going to the game, going to school, going to work... always, always on the go.” // And you get points! If no talent is found, then it’s the newer, the nicer, the shinier... And more points! // “For example, a brand new red car is worth 50 points. If you hit it, right after the owner washes it...BINGO!
Points Double!” // caption: [Rivo] “Cap’... I’m going to like it here...”
